The Perks Of Being A Wallflower: Quotes
- Bridget who is crazy said that sometimes she thought about suicide when commercials come on during TV. She was sincere and this puzzled the guidance counselors.
- It's strange because sometimes, I read a book, and I think I am the people in the book.

- When the police came, they found my brother asleep on the roof. Nobody knows how he got there.
- ... And in that moment, I swear we were infinite.

- I am very interested and fascinated by how everyone loves each other, but no one really likes each other.

- It's kind of like when you look at yourself in the mirror and you say your name. And it gets to a point where none of it seems real. Well, sometimes, I can do that, but I don't need an hour in front of a mirror. It just happens very fast, and things start to slip away. And I just open my eyes, and I see nothing. And then I start to breathe really hard trying to see something, but I can't. It doesn't happen all the time, but when it does, it scares me.
- Little kids talk about the strangest things. They really do.
- I don't want to start thinking again. Not like I have this last week. I can't think again. Not ever again.I don't know if you've ever felt like that. That you wanted to sleep for a thousand years. Or just not exist. Or just not be aware that you do exist. Or something like that. I think wanting that is very morbid, but I want it when I get like this. That's why I'm trying not to think. I just want it all to stop spinning.
- Everyone else is either asleep or having sex. I've been watching cable television and eating jello.
- Girls are weird, and I don't mean that offensively. I just can't put it any other way.

A.MOMENT.IN.TIME.
Today I stood on the corner of the intersection up the road.
I waited for the lights to change.
I stood for what felt like an eternity.
Just waiting…
So many thoughts ran through my mind.
As I stood there. Waiting.
As I waited, I thought.
Perched on the curb, lost in contemplation.
My eyes locked on the toes of my black leather school shoes, hanging over the edge of the rough concrete.
I felt nothing, knew nothing.
Nothing but the feel of the cool air against my skin and the sound of the passing cars.
I heard the roar of a semi trailer, not bothering to divert my eyes to look at it.
And just for a second, I wondered.
I had long since established I was alone.
Totally and completely.
The bonds I held dear were shallow and brittle.
Held out of habit more than anything.
Every day I had found myself retreating.
Drawing further and further away from those around me.
Feeling less and less human with every passing second.
Once that was gone what would be left?
I was still contemplating this as I stepped off the curb…
Tires screeched.
People screamed.
The world went black.
I didn’t feel a thing.

GROOVINTHEMOO 2009!
IT WAS INSANE!
Sure, I lost my voice and now cant move but it was worth every second!
I TOUCHED A HOOD!!! They're one of my favorite bands ever and i touched MC SUFFA!
Children Collide were awesome performancewise and Little Birdy were gorgeous! [I cried during Relapse!]
It was sooo rad dancing to Art vs. Science! Flippers was INSANE!!! I got to dance with a whole heap of half naked boys.... VERY nice! ;)
De La Soul are wankers.
I'm almost ashamed to be a hoods fan after some assholes heckled through the grates.
Speaking of.... I didn't get to SEE The Grates because i had to mind my spot for hilltop - but they sounded FABULOUS! Saw Steffie's pics, Patience looks sooo cute at a cowgirl!
Living End were also good! Steffie and Aprill's dancing was rad!
